The Baldi Family introduces their favorite sauces to take home with you. From the heart of the kitchen at E. Baldi, these sauces are as homemade as the sauces our customers have been eating for over fifteen years at our restaurant. The only difference is that it is now easier and more convienient to eat the renowned Edoardo Baldi's fare without even leaving your home.

The sauces are made with only the highest quality ingredients and each jar is bottled and labeled by hand. Each batch of sauce is cooked for over two hours in order to arrive at the perfect consistency, and most importantly, to assure that all of the ingredients come together to create a wonderful taste. The result is some of the best and most traditional sauces on the market.

What is quite unique about our sauces is that although they are characterized as pasta sauces, they are also great to serve on hors d'oeuvres as well as fish and meat. The "mushroom" sauce is excellent with veal, and the "arrabbiata" sauce is excellent for grilled swordfish.
